Management Team

The Nasamax Management Team and Board of Directors are all highly qualified professionals. They have been carefully selected to assure achievement of the company’s mission by successfully operating and expanding its international business: the growing and processing of special feed stocks into bio-ethanol for global marketing and distribution.

Officers and Directors

	David Lunn, Chairman of the Board, did his undergraduate studies in the Bahamas and New York and received an MBA degree from the University of Miami. He has had an outstanding career with major international banks and trust companies where his primary responsibilities included marketing, client services, and new business development. Mr. Lunn is a director of several private business investment firms, a mutual fund, and of Applied Sciences Technology Corporation ("Astek").
	Victor G. Pappas, President & CEO, and Director, has BS and MBA degrees and held diversified executive positions in the petroleum, nuclear, and electronics industries. He served on the faculty of two major universities, and as an officer of several international corporations. He is thoroughly experienced in international operations, marketing, and general management, and has received national awards for his achievements. Mr. Pappas has been President of Global Energy Company since 1999.
	David J McConomy, Senior VP, Chief Financial Officer, and Director, MBA, CA, is a graduate of Loyola College in Montreal; Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant. During his thirty five year career, Mr. McConomy has been the Chief Financial Officer of a number of technology companies, including SHL Systemhouse Limited, which was acquired by EDS Corporation for $1.2 billion. In addition to his Assistant Professorship at the Queen’s School of Business and his financial consulting activities, Mr. McConomy sits on the Board of Directors of two publicly traded companies in Canada.
	Herbert (‘Rick’) Wood, VP, Feed Stock Production, has BS and MS degrees in Agriculture and more than a quarter century agricultural management experience in the southwestern U.S. and the Middle East. He is well known for successfully teaching advanced agricultural techniques to indigenous personnel. Mr. Wood is an acknowledged expert and Certified Designer of commercial subsurface drip irrigation systems such as those used by Nasamax.
	Eduardo A. Zabrockis, VP, Ethanol Production, has over 30 years’ experience as a graduate engineer specializing in development and management of combination sugar and ethanol refineries in Brazil. He has considerable experience with steam turbines and electric generating plants, but is primarily and widely regarded as an expert in ethanol distillation and refinery operations who focuses on the start-up of new ethanol refineries, and improving the efficiency and profitability of existing ethanol facilities.
